At White Mountain Ski Co, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next alpine adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items, including all original tags and documentation, into the shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
