Do you offer professional binding mounting services?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services for all ski and binding packages. To ensure safety, we require your boot sole length (BSL), height, weight, and skier ability level during the checkout process. Please note that mounted skis are considered custom and are not eligible for return.
What is your return policy for technical outerwear and gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used base layers, heat-molded boots, or safety equipment like climbing ropes and beacons.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like skis and snowboards?
Standard shipping for oversized gear typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. We use specialized heavy-duty packaging to ensure your equipment arrives in pristine condition. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you provide a warranty on high-performance ski equipment?
All products sold by White Mountain Ski Co are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which typically protect against defects in materials and workmanship for 1-2 years. Physical damage from rocks, rails, or improper storage is generally not covered.
Can I get my ski boots custom fitted if I buy them online?
While we cannot provide remote heat molding, we offer a 'Fit Guarantee.' If you purchase boots from us, you can bring them into our physical storefront for a discounted professional shell molding and custom footbed session to ensure the perfect fit.
